Sæt en springform uden bunden på en stor tallerken eller fad. Læg en lagkagebund i. Den skal nogenlunde passe, ellers skær den til.</div>

Blend (i en foodprocessor) is med jordbær. Jeg gjorde det af to omgange, men flest jordbær i den ene gang, det ser pænt ud, når man skærer islagkagen.</div>

Fyld halvdelen af jordbærisen i formen. Læg endnu en bund på. Kom det sidste is i formen og læg den sidste bund øverst. Sæt kagen i fryseren i mindst 1 time.</div>

Pisk fløden stiv med vaniljekorn og flormelis. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Tag formen af islagkagen og smør et lag flødeskum på kagen. Sæt den i fryseren igen i ca. 10 minutter. Fyld resten af flødeskummet i en sprøjtepose, gerne med en stjerne tyl. Sprøjt en kant på kagen og frys igen i mindst 1/2 time eller til næste dag (det er nemlig dét der er smart!!!)</div>

Tag kagen ud af pynt med jordbær og skumfiduser - klip dem i mindre stykker, hvis de er meget store. Lad kagen stå ved stuetemperatur i 20-30 minutter inden servering.</div>
